Mike joined the staff as Family Life Pastor in June of 2004. He is presently the Director of our Family Care Ministry. He is a native Floridian moving to the Winter Haven/Dundee area from Panama City in 1967. He has been very involved in church work all of his adult life as well as holding staff and leadership positions at New Life Ministries International.
Mike and his wife, Kandra, have been married for thirty-one years. They have two children and three grandchildren. Kandra is very involved in the music program as well as operating their business, Deal’s Interiors.
After joining the staff, Mike started Family Life Force, a ministry to the families here at RCC. Under his direction, various activities for families and young couples were organized including family related seminars such as Growing Forward. He also teaches the Young Adult/Young Married Sunday School class.
